Warmer days means more playground hours. Here are just pictures of Devin with his buddies Ian & Olivier eating pizza after playing. Serena didn't make it into the picture, but she was there, in the stroller on the right.

Birthday Party!

Two Saturdays ago we had a birthday party for Devin at a sports gym with a separate area for a children's party. He had a lot of fun with 2 and half hour of non-stop activity. He started his party with tag, just running around with his friends. Then they all went to the indoor field for some basketball and a game of soccer. Pizza & soda was on the menu for lunch. I tried pushing juice for the kids, with all the juice boxes scattering around the table, but most of them took the soda, like they needed more sugar...After lunch they went to the giant inflatable slide,

 and the giant bouncer. By the time we all got into the car to go home, Devin was fast asleep.

We wanted Devin to smile for his picture so someone yelled out "Show me your teeth!" And hence the open-the-mouth pose. 

On Devin's actual birthday, we had his favorite meal, pizza (again!) and another ice cream cake for him.

At the playground on one of those warmer days. Devin was even pushing his baby sister for a little bit.

I just love this picture. Serena just looked so excited to be sitting next to her big brother. Usually Devin doesn't give her the time of day, but this rare moment he invited her to sit next to him, sharing the quilt that belongs to Serena (Devin usually commanders her quilt...) 

Snow Day

Monday was a snow day and Devin stayed home from nursery school. I gave him a pad of stickers with different colors & shapes so he can learn & create some sort of picture from it. But this is what happens when you give my 4 year old a pad of stickers. And this was only the beginning...towards the end, my shirt & arms were full of stickers. It was a miracle Serena was not covered in them.

Family Fun

My sister Wendy & her family came over for a visit this past Sunday. It's always fun when family visits especially for Devin since he LOVES visitors, he either doesn't want them to leave or invites himself to go home with them. I love when my family visits because they always bring me food. They're usually treats I had when I was growing up. Except for my older brother, when he visits he brings the kids toys! **Take note-Hon: bring some egg tart next time when you come even if I tell you not to bring anything...LOL!
